The View is built at the bottom of The Great Orme, nestling into the actual lower slopes. We are about 30-40 feet above pavement level. This position means we are not suitable for wheelchair users or anyone with walking difficulties as it’s quite a climb up to the property from the pavement.

Access to the property is via a terraced pathway. There are 7 steps from the public pavement to a private path, (there is a second entrance which is more sloping with gentler steps at the opposite end to these steps)

The private pathway then slopes up to another set of steps into the terrace of the property.

Then 8 steps lead up to the main front entrance; ...although access can be arranged through French doors to the breakfast room, which is below the main entrance level. (This cannot be opened from the outside, so a second person needs to come in and open it for the person with walking difficulties.)

Once inside the property we do have a lift to all floors.
